Far from gelatinous and perfectly creamy, every bite melts in your mouth while the buttery shortbread base provides the perfect foundation for the vibrant lemon filling.

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt. What you'll need: Juice of 2 Lemons, 1/2 block of cream cheese, 3 eggs, and 1 stick of butter. Recommended: 8" x 8" pan, parchment paper, and a hand mixer.

So what’s in it?

CANE SUGAR

We source an organic and US brand of cane sugar. One of the most important ingredients in every dessert.

WHEAT FLOUR

We source a local new England flour, unbleached and unenriched.

VANILLA EXTRACT

We source a very famous organic and fair trade vanilla extract.

SEA SALT

We source a real mineral sea salt.

Baking Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and take out cream cheese to soften. Line an 8”x 8” baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt the butter and stir in Pouch A. Press the cookie crust evenly in the bottom of the lined pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.

3. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and Pouch B until smooth.

4. To the cream cheese mixture, add the lemon juice, eggs, and Pouch C. Beat until fully combined.

5. Slowly pour the filling over the baked cookie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Allow to cool for approximately 30 minutes at room temperature before refrigerating for 2-3 hours. Slice and enjoy!

    The best lemon bars!

    This mix is SO good, they taste homemade. Will definitely buy again. Looking forward to trying your other mixes.

    Delicious💛

    My husband is super picky about his desserts and especially lemon bars. These lemon bars are AH-MAZING! We can’t wait to order more!!!
