Food Products Are Final Sale

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, all baking mixes and food products sold by Kittylamb are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on food products once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kittylamb.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review each case individually and work to provide an appropriate solution.
