Shipping & Returns
How do you ship?
Kittylamb ships via UPS delivery services. We offer free shipping on orders of $60+. If you have any questions about your order or shipping services, please contact hello@kittylamb.com. Please allow up to 5 days to process orders.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, Kittylamb offers a 2-day shipping option. Please note, carriers do not guarantee delivery dates, so neither can Kittylamb.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. If you live in another country and are interested in our products, please reach out to hello@kittylamb.com.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you offer local pick up options?
Kittylamb has resumed our free local pickup option. Meet at the blue door on Washington Ave next to Cong Tu Bot.
The next pickup date is February 6th from 5 - 7pm. Please email hello@kittylamb.com if you need a different pickup.
Can temperature affect my order?
Yes, temperature can affect Kittylamb mixes. For instance, the “Fudgy Brownie Organic Baking Mix” includes real chocolate that can melt at higher temperatures. We recommend bringing your delivered package inside as soon as possible.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our baking mixes or any food products. All baking mixes and food products are considered final sale. For other inquiries and questions, please email us at hello@kittylamb.com.
