Tired of dry, crumbly, and overly cakey brownies, she developed a recipe focused on what brownie lovers really want: rich chocolate flavor, a dense texture, and an irresistibly fudgy center.

The result is our Fudgy Brownie Organic Baking Mix, a decadent chocolate dessert that delivers bakery-quality results with every batch. Thick, chewy, and deeply chocolatey, these brownies are everything a brownie should be.

Ingredients: Powdered Sugar, Semisweet Chocolate, Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt. What you’ll need: 2 eggs, 1.5 sticks of salted butter Recommended: 8 x 8 pan, parchment paper, hand mixer

So what’s in it?

Vanilla Extract

We source a very famous organic and fair trade vanilla extract.

Sea Salt

We source a real mineral sea salt.

Wheat Flour

We source a local New England organic flour, unbleached and unenriched.

Cocoa Powder

We source an organic and fair trade (when possible) cocoa powder.

Powdered Sugar

We source an organic and US brand of powdered sugar.

Bittersweet Chocolate

We source a US made, organic, and fair trade chocolate.

Baking Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8”x8” baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt Pouch A with butter. Set aside to cool.

3. In a bowl, empty Pouch B and add eggs. Using a hand mixer, beat for two minutes, slowly increasing speed. Batter will thicken and turn pale.

4. Add Pouch C and the chocolate mixture to the bowl. Beat for 30 seconds.

5. Fold in Pouch D and mixx in any toppings!

6. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes.

    So fudgy!!!

    Wow! These are SO DELICIOUS!!!! It was hard to not eat the whole tray!! The family enjoyed every bite!!!

    Absolutely the best!

    I am so thankful we tried these at the common ground fair. I’m planning to keep this as a staple in my cupboard. I was not a fan of brownies until now. The best! The best!
