Kittylamb's Gooey Pumpkin Cake is a Fall lovers dream! A steamed upside down pumpkin cake. With three different sugars (including maple sugar) being steamed through the cake it creates its' own rush of sugar goo!
This beloved recipe was inspired by something Kat's grandma used to make for her around Thanksgiving. While the recipe was lost when she passed, Kat tried to recreate the flavors and nostalgia with a signature Kittylamb twist!
Kat's preference is served piping hot with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!!!
