While most orders ship quickly, processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination.

We currently ship orders using:

- FedEx
Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Kittylamb is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
