The creamiest lemon bars have arrived. This is the dessert to cool off with after a day in the sun or can even be elevated with a quick brûlée. If you think you don’t like lemon bars, you have to try these. Far from gelatinous, creamy enough to be a mousse, and let’s not pretend we’re not in it for the buttery shortbread. The ultimate citrus indulgence!

Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Wheat Flour, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt.

What you'll need: Juice of 2 Lemons, 1/2 block of cream cheese, 3 eggs, and 1 stick of butter.

Recommended: 8" x 8" pan, parchment paper, and a hand mixer.

So what’s in it?

CANE SUGAR

We source an organic and US brand of cane sugar. One of the most important ingredients in every dessert.

WHEAT FLOUR

We source a local new England flour, unbleached and unenriched.

VANILLA EXTRACT

We source a very famous organic and fair trade vanilla extract.

SEA SALT

We source a real mineral sea salt.

Baking Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and take out cream cheese to soften. Line an 8”x 8” baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt the butter and stir in Pouch A. Press the cookie crust evenly in the bottom of the lined pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.

3. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and Pouch B until smooth.

4. To the cream cheese mixture, add the lemon juice, eggs, and Pouch C. Beat until fully combined.

5. Slowly pour the filling over the baked cookie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Allow to cool for approximately 30 minutes at room temperature before refrigerating for 2-3 hours. Slice and enjoy!

    Delicious💛

    My husband is super picky about his desserts and especially lemon bars. These lemon bars are AH-MAZING! We can’t wait to order more!!!
