So what’s in it?
CANE SUGAR
We source an organic and US brand of cane sugar. One of the most important ingredients in every dessert.
WHEAT FLOUR
We source a local new England flour, unbleached and unenriched.
VANILLA EXTRACT
We source a very famous organic and fair trade vanilla extract.
SEA SALT
We source a real mineral sea salt.
Baking Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and take out cream cheese to soften. Line an 8”x 8” baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter and stir in Pouch A. Press the cookie crust evenly in the bottom of the lined pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
3. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and Pouch B until smooth.
4. To the cream cheese mixture, add the lemon juice, eggs, and Pouch C. Beat until fully combined.
5. Slowly pour the filling over the baked cookie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for approximately 30 minutes at room temperature before refrigerating for 2-3 hours. Slice and enjoy!
